This green gloop tastes sooooo amazing and is so healthy. It restored us after feeling a bit too wet and a bit too tired after spending a weekend in London drinking too much coffee and eating too much unhealthy food. A good way to kick start some healthy eating! I actually used red kale and chard and pearl barley. It’s versatile.
